Clyst Meadows is a dog-friendly country park managed by East Devon District Council's Countryside Team. 

Clyst Meadows has free parking for 16 cars (including disabled parking spaces) and a 2km surfaced path, which enables year round access for everyone.

The park features a variety of habitats including hedgerows, meadows, floodplain grazing marsh, ditches and scrub. It is home to lots of exciting wildlife - identification boards across the site point out key species of birds, insects, plants and mammals. 

How to get here without a car

Clyst meadows is located within Broadclyst Station, with a pedestrian and cycle access from Shercroft Close. 

The site can be reached by Bus (44, 44A) and a 5 minute walk from London Road, and is a 30 minute walk from Cranbrook Station. 

(A future off-road cycle link will connect to Mosshayne Lane and cycle routes towards Exeter. This route is planned to open in 2028/2029.)
